Standard Hourly Rates:

Pricing varies based on scope, duration, complexity, customization level, and organization size. During our initial consultation, I'll work with you to provide a transparent, tailored pricing structure that aligns with your budget. For ongoing work, you'll be invoiced at month-end. Large projects or detailed 360 assessments may require upfront payment. Appointments can optionally be paid through the website.
