Work Experience: Served in leadership and/or consulting capacities for
Healthcare, gas/energy, education, government, and banking industries.  Most
of the work has been focused on Human Resources.

My Passion: Making a positive difference in the lives of those I live and
work with personally and professionally.

From the beginning of my career, I made a decision about a legacy I wanted to leave in my life. That legacy has been present at every turn, every juncture, and every change in my career. My purpose is to touch the lives of others in a positive manner to build meaningful relationships and to celebrate the value each employee brings to the organization and to our world. As a leader, an influencer, and a coach in the field of HR, I make every effort to ensure this is the outcome at the end of every day. From my perspective, it is not just completing the job on time and within budget. Equally (if not more) important to me is to make a positive impact in the lives of those I serve. The job, in my mind, is never complete without this piece of it. With 45+ years of experience in Human Resources, I have seen and worked in almost every aspect of the HR field. I'm a creative, people driven, and engaged individual who is passionate about improving the lives of others. I can truthfully say, it is my passion to work with you and to work with your organization to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your employees, your own life and those lives in our communities and people we serve.
