Assisting employees in achieving their career goals, feeling included/valued as an important team member in the organization, performing meaningful work, and ensuring employee safety, health, and well-being is the job of Human Resources. Overall, HR's objective is to hire the right people, treat them equitably, and create a culture of engagement and accountability. The HR practices utilized by the organization set the culture and work environment for employees. Jill has worked in the HR arena for 43 years. She is a certified SPHR professional. Whatever the HR needs may be, Jill has experience with them. From developing HR infrastructures, to creating the operational life cycle of an employee, to the most challenging HR issues which may include hiring, onboarding, retention, compensation, dysfunctional work teams, or performance management. As you partner with Jill, you will co-create sustainable and lasting solutions to these difficult issues that reduce employee engagement and retention.
